I am an experienced attorney, leader and manager with a demonstrated history of building effective teams. My legal experience includes leading the Public Protection Division of the Kansas Attorney General\'s office as Deputy Attorney General; prosecuting securities fraud for the Kansas Securities Commissioner; and leading other attorneys as Staff Judge Advocate of the Kansas Air National Guard. Additionally, I have projected the strategy for a state emergency response, including the response to a global pandemic.
