I\'m a chartered Psychologist and registered Sport Psychologist. Prior to More than Equal, I worked for a mental fitness tech company, in academia for 13 years, published in a range of journals and provided psychological support to teams, coaches and athletes in a range of high performance environments.As a data-led business, I\'m responsible for the ensuring More than Equal\'s scientific integrity and rigour - I\'m definitely happiest when I\'m sitting in front of a big data set. When I\'m not working I\'m either looking after my daughter, swimming, or doing stand-up comedy.\'I used to run cross-country, now I prefer to get the train.\'Drop me a message if you\'d like to hear more terrible sport-related jokes.
