Partner with pharmaceutical companies by implementing complex enhanced services ensuring contract service level agreements are achieved. Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and clinical leadership to address performance improvements required to meet strategic prioritization and delivery of patient care transitions. Lead quarterly meetings with pharmaceutical clients to discuss short and long term initiatives, data outcomes, KPI’s, and strategies for consumer adherence.• Accountable for reviewing specialty pharmaceutical contracts, timely execution, and implementation of contract terms from drug pre-launch to FDA approval.• Validate contract metrics and tracking mechanisms to ensure operational performance is in accordance with established KPI’s, quality and regulatory standards and pharmaceutical manufacturer agreements.• Collaborate with operations on developing training and resource requirements for new drug launches, keeping the consumer as the focus while successfully meeting implementation timelines.• Identify gaps in processes and drive change in order to improve policies, processes, systems and performance results ensuring the end state of the project/program meets corporate business objectives.• Manage the expansion or enhancement of pharmaceutical services as well as capabilities related to quality, data analytics and technology for successful delivery of patient care transitions.• Develop additional programs that drive monetary and non-monetary revenue to Kroger Health and Wellness through quarterly auditing of program enhanced services.• Lead analysis and writing of pharmaceutical client reports for quarterly and annual business reviews using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decisions.• Leverage strategic partnerships (internally and externally) to fulfill strategic aims of the organization at Kroger Specialty Pharmacy’s Centers of Excellence.
