About Miguel Fraga
My name is Miguel A. Fraga, and I am currently working as a Facilities Integrity Engineer at Harvest Midstream. My primary responsibility is to grow and develop the Facility Integrity Management Program. This includes drafting engineering drawings, identifying internal/external corrosion risks, managing the mechanical integrity inspection program, and reviewing deficiencies in order to mitigate the risks at our facilities. The facilities I work with include gas plants, pump stations, pipeline terminals, and tank farms in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, and Colorado. My experience in the oil and gas industry includes 6+ years of implementing risk based inspection programs at various refineries in Texas, Louisiana, and Indiana. This includes experience in developing both piping and equipment strategies evaluating probability and consequence of failure for mechanical assets.
