My Team is an organization that provides mentor and peer support for Jewish girls who have a non-life-threatening medical condition. I started with them as a mentor, and have now expanded to being an Intake Coordinator. My Team now serves over 200 girls with all staff on a volunteer basis. As an organization, our current focus is becoming a 501 c 3 and creating the systems we\'ll need to scale up and continue this great work.
