Greetings!I’m Foumy Nuchian, currently working as a Teaching Associate at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB). My work and interests revolve around human resource development, people-centric learning, rural empowerment, and strategic communication.I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and an M.Sc. in Agricultural Extension and Communication, which allows me to approach teaching and professional engagement from a unique interdisciplinary perspective. My background helps me connect human resource practices with grassroots realities, particularly in rural and semi-urban contexts.Earlier, I served as an Assistant Professor and NSS Program Officer at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, where I was actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, and community-oriented outreach initiatives. That experience continues to shape my approach to education, emphasizing practical relevance, social impact, and experiential learning.I am deeply interested in how HR practices, communication strategies, and institutional outreach can contribute to inclusive development, especially in agriculture-linked and community-focused settings. I enjoy engaging with diverse stakeholders, exchanging ideas, and working on initiatives that translate academic knowledge into meaningful real-world outcomes.
