Casting Yard Development and Execution: A. Oversaw the setup and infrastructure development of the casting yard to facilitate smooth operations and production. B. Ensured adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices across all casting yard activities. Client Relationship Management:A. Acted as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring open communication and alignment on project requirements and expectations.B. Worked closely with clients to incorporate feedback and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Subcontractor Billing and Financial Oversight: A. Prepared and reviewed subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with project budgets. B. Coordinated with finance and procurement teams for timely payments and billing reconciliation. Reporting and Documentation: A. Maintained detailed records of project progress, material utilization, and compliance reports for audits and stakeholder updates. B. Documented key developments in casting yard activities and FSLM operations to support traceability and project evaluation.
