In every position I\'ve been in, I\'ve always found creative solutions. My approach has always been hands-on: understand the need, think creatively about what’s actually useful, and design something that works—not just for my team, but for the broader organization.Much of my best work has come from looking beyond the immediate ask and identifying opportunities that weren’t on management’s radar yet. I enjoy connecting the dots, spotting inefficiencies, and quietly prototyping ideas that end up saving time, reducing cost, or making data easier for people to use. I’m comfortable working directly with senior leaders to understand the bigger picture, and just as comfortable diving into SQL, Snowflake, and database systems to build or guide the technical side myself.I work well with a wide range of personalities and teams, and I’m equally at ease leading a project or contributing as part of a group. I try to bring clarity, calm, and a collaborative mindset to every situation. What motivates me most is creating tools and solutions that genuinely help people do their jobs better.

   While serving in this role I dynamically lead the conceptualization, design, and formulation of an automated reporting system in VBA that utilizes complex SQL logic from a data warehouse to create highly-formatted reports. I supported the migration of the online banking software by enabling data processing activities from a large data warehouse.Some key achievements while in this position:• Serve as the go-to person for complex analysis and database development issues.• Identified the need to enhance my software migration wave management process to accommodate multiple, concurrent events. Designed, built and manage a new system that handles up to 15 concurrent events so clients are migrated without a negative experience and all cross impacts are managed. In the last 5 years, this system managed 550k wave assignments for 45k clients for 30 different migrations/upgrades, without incident.• Sourced and designated SPLUNK as an optimal solution to migrate clients that were too large to deliver real-time migration tracking and obtained a comprehensive knowledge and relating skill set in SPL within only three weeks in order to construct real-time reports and dashboards for the migration command center.• Quickly resolve an issue affecting dozens of clients that was identified through a key report.
