Somewhere between showing up for others and learning to show up for myself, I found my purpose.Mental health has never felt like just a job to me as it’s the space where I’ve seen people slowly rediscover hope, strength, and self-trust. As a therapist, I’m drawn to the quiet, powerful work of helping people feel safe enough to feel.My mission is to make mental health support feel warm, accessible, and human. I believe healing happens in consistent, intentional spaces, and my work is guided by values of empathy, clarity, and connection.Over the years, I’ve held space for individuals navigating anxiety, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and relational difficulties in one-on-one therapy and group spaces. My approach centers around trust, deep listening, and walking alongside people as they uncover what’s been heavy and what’s ready to heal.My work spans across therapy, emotional skill-building, and helping people move from survival to self-understanding.I’ve also- Delivered 100+ life skills sessions promoting resilience and emotional awareness - Facilitated therapy-based group workshops on self-care, emotional regulation, and assertiveness - Created campaigns and written content to raise mental health awareness in relatable, compassionate ways - Designed programs and initiatives that encourage people to tune in to their reflective selves.I’m currently looking to contribute to mission-driven mental health spaces through therapy, program development, or meaningful conversations that spark healing and change.If you’re building something rooted in care and growth, I’d love to connect because healing happens in relationships and I’m here for the long haul.
