Jumped into sales while still wrapping up my degree—because why wait to hustle? Spent 3+ years in the metal market, then took a detour into FMCG with an internship at The Whole Truth Foods. Loved every bit of it—except realizing sales wasn’t my forever thing. But what it did give me? A rock-solid understanding of how business works. And that’s exactly what helps me today as an HR professional at Dabur India. Also, no, I don’t organize rangoli competitions—I wouldn’t even know where to start!HR is so much more than just hiring and arranging Fun Fridays.
