Provide end-to-end operational support for equity-based synthetic products within the Synthetic Products Group (SPG), including equity swaps, contracts for difference (CFDs), custom baskets, and other delta one derivatives.• Partner with trading desks in New York, London, and Hong Kong to support trade execution, client onboarding, and hedging activities across global markets.• Review trade booking, processing, and settlement for synthetic equity transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards.• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Middle Office teams to proactively identify and mitigate operational and counterparty risk.• Perform daily reconciliations between internal systems and external counterparties, maintaining data integrity and resolving breaks efficiently.• Support Confirmations Operations by reviewing and affirming complex derivative trades in line with ISDA guidelines and client expectations.• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization, reducing manual touchpoints and increasing operational efficiency across regions.
