Vendors, artists and show leads recruiting and training. Outsource pipeline setup. Overhead resource management and show bidding. Overall planning of show/shots approach, hand in hand with the VFX and compositing supervisors. Paint and roto quality control. ABOUT KARINE FORTIN
Creative thinker for over 20 years now, I studied arts, graphic arts, 3D animation for cinema & television and vfx compositing. I Specialized in textures for the gaming industry in Montreal and Los Angeles from 1998 to 2006. Passionate about music, as a performing and recording music producer, I produced music videos, music albums and coordinated album launches and concerts. Meanwhile I have also been a freelance art director/illustrator on a variety of publication conceptions such as online applications, magazines, ebooks and toy design. I am motivated by this diversity that has allowed me to learn, grow and develop different sets of skills within different teams and is now supporting my career goal in the vfx industry.
