If understanding is impossible, knowing is necessary: this motto says a lot about me. The desire for knowledge and the curiosity of discovery have always guided my way of being. Being a Scout, my love for travelling and for the people I have encountered so far, have all deeply contributed to make me the man I am. I am a determined young man, enthusiastic about life, a real \"social animal\". During my academic studies I had the constant need to work. I, thus, learned the importance of sacrificing and of time management and I developed a strong sense of responsibility. I strongly believe in the importance of dedicating energy and efforts to people in need. My commitment to others is what has led me to develop a passion for Healthcare. I have a natural ability to work in teams, ability gained notably during the thesis project. Throughout volunteering experiences, getting in touch with people in sorrow and pain, allowed me to develop great empathy, listening skills and good interpersonal communication. Thanks to different work experiences, I have developed excellent organizational, analytical and synthesis skills, the ability to adapt quickly, always with a strong focus on goals.
