I am a partner in commercial real estate at Temple Bright. I advise clients ranging from plc residential and commercial developers to institutional investors, startup companies and landowners on a wide range of transactions. I have particular expertise in managing significant land development acquisitions and sales and high value investment portfolio purchases for institutional pension fund clients. I also have extensive experience of landlord and tenant matters, including the negotiation of commercial leases on a wide range of assets acting for both occupier and landlord clients. Before joining Temple Bright in 2017, I worked at Nabarro in London and Osborne Clarke in Bristol. Temple Bright promises commercially relevant advice direct from a partner. We are a chambers practice: a team of senior solicitors with a background in leading commercial firms. Our offices are in London EC2 and Bristol. Having developed an efficient structure in which experienced lawyers advise in person, we can offer a higher level of service with greater creativity and value than traditional firms.
