Provide advice and counsel to employers as to I-9 compliance and preparation and protocols related to ICE audits and raids.Represent clients in a wide array of workplace disputes and litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including matters related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability, family and medical leave, various wage and hour issues, and intentional torts. Representation includes advising and defending health care clients, particularly academic medical centers responsible for the training of residents and fellows in graduate medical education (GME) programs, with respect to disputes that arise in the GME context as to ongoing or former training. Provide advice and guidance to such clients with respect to ACGME institutional and program requirements, including drafting and refining corresponding house staff manuals and policies.
