ABOUT FORREST D. BOONE
I am focused on energy, water and preparing Florida for what comes next. I am proud to be working with and for member-owned electric cooperatives. My previous work in utility regulation has given me a framework for understanding the implications of policy and market changes. Legal work on behalf of member-owned financial institutions provides me with an understanding of cooperative organizations and principles. My career and personal experience has given me the skills and character to understand and address the problems Floridians face in a complex energy landscape. I was born and raised in North Florida, and I enjoy a good book, a bad bird hunt, or an ugly trail.
