ABOUT VENKATA HARISH

Harish enjoy in solving problems for both employees and organizations using Design Thinking, Quantitative and Qualitative (Big data and Thick Data) using various analytical tools such as Predictive, descriptive etc. He is currently pursuing MBA in Human Resource Leadership Program to equip himself with fundamental HR concepts to connect the dots with his previous HR experience and to equip himself for leadership roles.Prior to join MBA, he worked with Arcadis (Global Design and Management consulting company) in both Talent acquisition and HR Operations teams. In talent acquisition role his primary responsibility is to identify the most talented people who can make enterprise wide impact. Besides he took some of key projects in the areas of design and implementing the campus and internship recruitment and onboarding programs for campus and lateral recruits. He was part of B.I.G (Bright Ideas Generation) team. This group is to present ideas generated from our colleagues to the management team and implemented selected ones.During his stint in HR Operations team, he was responsible for identifying, conceptualizing, and implementing HR Initiatives that can make enterprise wide impact. Some of his key projects are in the area of employee wellness programs, confirmation process, Background verification and HR automation. Besides he was responsible for addressing the employee queries through Helpdesk portal and analyse the monthly helpdesk reports to educate employees on the required areas.Prior to the stint with Arcadis, he worked with the HR Consulting firm named Alchemy Infotech where he supported clients across multiple industries - Design and Information Technology in identifying talent.
