This summer, I had the opportunity to supervise concession stands in the Hall of Fame Club at Citizens Bank Park for Philadelphia Phillies games and several major events. Managing operations during high-traffic times like the Post Malone and Jelly Roll concert, the NEFCO Trade Show, and a local school’s moving up ceremony pushed me to communicate effectively with my team and adapt quickly under pressure. I was responsible for overseeing inventory, handling customer service issues, and making sure our stand met both speed and quality standards.
