Residential- Responsible for a portfolio of apartment communities throughout Indiana and Ohio with the goal of maximizing operating performance and achieving the Client\'s/Owner’s financial goals. • In conjunction with sales, community and senior management, analyze market conditions, occupancy trends, competitive pricing and product in order to make recommendations for adjusting market rents, renewal rates/ retention programs, and leasing incentives. • Direct preparation of financial statements and reports on status of properties such as monthly operating report, rent roll, delinquency report, budget comparison, leasing & occupancy, and monthly billing reconciliation.• Develop and implement annual operating budgets• Oversee hiring and daily responsibilities of onsite sales, maintenance and other management staff.
