I am a dedicated Laboratory Supervisor with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics and a strong pharmaceutical background, specializing in analytical chemistry and cannabinoid testing. My technical expertise spans a wide range of chemical analyses, backed by hands-on experience in laboratory investigations and quality control processes.Starting my journey at Eurofins as an Analyst, I progressed through key roles including Analyst II, Reviewer, Investigation Specialist, and Quality Control Lead, ultimately advancing to my current position as Supervisor. This progression has equipped me with a well-rounded understanding of lab operations and a strong foundation in regulatory compliance.In my current role, I lead daily lab operations, manage efficient scheduling, and ensure all testing and documentation meet industry standards. I oversee investigations and deviation handling, driving root cause analysis and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to maintain quality and compliance.As a strong communicator and collaborative leader, I foster client relationships through consistent communication and dependable service.My focus is on driving lab performance through continuous improvement, process optimization, and a team-oriented culture aligned with organizational goals.
