Client : One of the world’s leading Pharmaceutical company Contributions as Release Manager: i. Leading team of 7 scrum masters. ii. Improved process through automation to reduce TAT and human errors. Saved ~120 minutes of manual effrots/ application. Total in scope applications are ~100. Identified stories/tasks and created project baseline by estimating efforts. iv. Created base template by breaking down larger stories into small ones, assigned Story Points based considering required efforts, complexity and unknowns. v. Enabled all scrum ceremonies i.e. sprint planning & sprint retrospective, story refinement for datacenters & created relevant artifacts – Sprint Retrospective tracker to run project in agile methodology vi.
