I am the owner of Fresh Coat Painters of Muskegon, a professional painting company dedicated to delivering exceptional service, consistent quality, and a customer-focused experience. With a background in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University, I combine strategic communication with operational leadership to build a business that stands out in the trades industry.Prior to starting Fresh Coat Painters of Muskegon, I served as a store manager at Sherwin-Williams, where I gained extensive knowledge of paint products, coatings systems, and jobsite logistics. In that role, I worked closely with both homeowners and professional contractors, developing a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. That experience gave me a clear perspective on what customers value, and where the industry can do better.Today, our business serves residential and commercial clients throughout West Michigan, with a focus on reliability, professionalism, and community impact. Under my leadership, Fresh Coat Painters of Muskegon has been recognized with national awards and continues to grow with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and brand trust.I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce, where I am also an Ambassador, as well as the Board President for Solid Rock Housing and a board member for Read Muskegon. These roles reflect my commitment to community development, housing access, and literacy advocacy.I’m passionate about building organizations that make a difference, through both business performance and meaningful local engagement.
