Founded as a research association by Mariateresa Molo in Turin in 1993, the Carlo Molo Onlus Foundation was legally recognized as a nonprofit organization by the Piedmont Regional Council in 1997 and is listed with the Register of Legal Entities at the Court of Turin.The Foundation serves the regional area of Piedmont and exclusively pursues purposes of social solidarity in these three areas of interest:APHASIAThe Foundation carries out activities for aphasia treatment and research at two centers:1. The Aphasia Research Center2. The Center for Agency and Research in Psychology (CIRP) All the centers’ services and many of their activities are provided free of charge. Social and laboratory activitiesIn addition to aphasia therapy to restore language abilities, the Foundation offers social and laboratory activities in collaboration with local agencies, museums and cultural organizations.
