Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a nonprofit organization that provides free, virtual shadowing opportunities and educational resources for students pursuing careers in healthcare. Through live sessions with health professionals, PHS supports access, equity, and early exposure for pre-health students worldwide.As Lead Volunteer Liaison, I:• Serve as the primary bridge between PHS leadership and its diverse volunteer team.• Onboard and train new volunteers, introducing them to PHS’s mission, operations, and virtual tools.• Coordinate with various departments to match volunteers with suitable teams and tasks.• Conduct periodic check-ins to support volunteer engagement, resolve challenges, and maintain retention.• Promote an inclusive, efficient, and mission-driven virtual environment for aspiring healthcare professionals.
