About Folasade Ajayi

I’m an AI-focused product and insights leader who loves helping people make sense of new technology. Over 6+ years at Microsoft, I built and scaled AI/ML-powered products, developed Copilot and AI insights used by 500+ enterprise customers, translated qualitative and quantitative feedback into product strategy, and trained cross-functional teams on AI readiness. A lot of this work came down to aligning engineering, data science, operations, and business stakeholders around how increased AI adoption resulted in clear business value and measurable impact.Outside of Microsoft, I’ve co-created two ventures centered on digital inclusion and community building: Nomi, an AI language infrastructure project digitizing African names and cultural context, and Villagers Africa, a founder community that has connected 400+ early-stage entrepreneurs with collaborators and advisors.Across everything I build, my goal is to find unique ways to leverage AI thoughtfully, expand access, preserve culture, and make technology feel more human.
