As CEO, it is my role to provide strategic direction for the company and to ensure that it achieves its KPIs and long-term goals. To do this, I set the company\'s vision and mission and develop and implement a strategy that meets the needs of shareholders, customers, employees, and other stakeholders. I am responsible for ensuring that the company maintains a high level of social responsibility and that it assesses risks to the business and puts in place measures to minimise them. I have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and I am competent at making tough decisions. I am also committed to always acting in the best interests of the company.
