I am an accomplished Landscape Architect with an award-winning career narrative of delivering visionary world-class landscape design and driving year-over-year business growth. I have 20+ years of diverse international design and leadership experience with expertise in business development, customer management, team building, and organizational leadership. At an early age I was recognized for my atypical skill set comprised of equal parts artist, innovator, and leader. As my career progressed I was fortunately involved in many high-visibility projects for Disney, MGM Studios, and Ritz Carlton Hotels. During that period I gained in-depth knowledge of construction practices through active construction observation and management, which has enabled me to approach projects with practicality and efficiency in mind.My professional experience and responsibilities grew up to a point I knew it was time for me to branch out on my own. I founded Abbotswood Design Group in 2002. I achieved year over year profitability while maintaining a 70% repeat client rate. During that time I also engaged in a joint venture and served as a consultant for an innovative pool contractor and metal fabrication specialist where we developed a wide range of unique metal products. After that I was asked to help lead an international luxury resort design firm, supported strategic planning, and drove the transformation of the company’s culture. Contributions include increased productivity, improved international talent acquisition and employee training, enhanced client communication, and other operational efficiencies.Now, applying a lifetime of experience I am directing the design for Bradford Aquatic Group. Bradford Products is a US manufacturer of luxury, fully-welded stainless-steel pools, spas, and water features. With installations across the globe, our custom aquatics can be found at major hotels, resorts, casinos, student housing and multi-family developments, boutique hotels, healthcare facilities, and professional/collegiate athletic facilities.Bradford has two ISO-9001 certified facilities with over square feet of manufacturing space.
