I live by a simple philosophy: I help interesting people do interesting things.For over 20 years I’ve built and led teams to turn complicated opportunities into innovative, impactful solutions. The space where technology, design, and business come together is one of creative joy. Reflecting that, my journey—from UX to Engineering to earning an MBA—has shaped how I approach leadership. I believe that trust unlocks collaboration and allows for curiosity. These ingredients make teams successful, both for business and for themselves as individuals.A question I constantly ask is: How can we remove the barriers that are keeping strong teams from doing their best work? I’ve spent my career answering that by designing scalable architectures, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and shaping engineering cultures that value efficiency, creativity, and diverse perspectives. A few ways I’ve made that happen:* Introduced micro-frontend architectures to increase flexibility and release safety.* Cut build times by 80% with CI/CD optimizations, giving engineers more time to focus on building, not waiting.* Redefined hiring practices, opening doors for talent from non-traditional backgrounds and bringing in new ideas and perspectives.But at the core, technology is just a tool. Great teams build great products. I create cultures where people are supported, valued, and challenged to stretch and grow. In coaching a teammate, brainstorming a new approach, or solving a tough problem, my goal is always to empower the success of others.At the end of the day, everyone is an interesting person.
