Since January 2016 as Director Consulting Delivery, I have performed the dual role of selling consultancy services and being the delivery manager for several projects in the financial industry, becoming the reference in Quality Assurance practices and tools for Waterfall and Agile projects in the CGI GTA division. Personally, in this period I have- Managed the QA of the conversion of a mission-critical financial legacy system to open systems & technologies. My responsibilities included the overall testing of more than 2 million lines of code in a project of several million dollars with remote teams, onshore and offshore- Closed deals for consultancy services for several million dollars with different clients- Promoted and managed the adoption of Test automation tools based on Artificial Intelligence in my company and with several clients- Created the Accessibility testing practice, for the internal and external websites of the company- Been the reference in terms of QA Strategy, test automation tools, mobile and Agile testing. I have defined QA programs for several major financial institutions interacting at VP and Sr. VP levels- Delivered QA and development services for several projects in Risk Management, Anti Money Laundering, HR and Retail, with cloud computing, mobile, and big data technologies- Acted as QA architect for Agile programs and initiatives in distributed Agile projects, helping to set up continuous integration environments, integrating them with automation testing tools and defining the architecture for tools like Jira and HP-ALM to work in a unified set- Managed the recruitment committee of the company Diversity & Inclusion team, coordinating with HR the application of policies that assure fair opportunities for all the candidates no matter their sexual orientation, gender, race, religion or disabilities.
