I am part of Chevron’s Buenos Aires Shared Services Center, supporting the American Products, Midstream Pipelines segment by executing contracting processes and ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies. My role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize supplier agreements and drive compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:*Execute Chevron\'s contracting process, selecting appropriate contracting strategies to effectively manage business risk.*Develop scopes of work, compensation structures, and contracting vehicles (e.g, Contracts, Purchase Orders, P-cards) to support procurement and business objectives.*Identify and qualify potential suppliers, manage bidding processes, evaluate proposals, and oversee contract awards.*Collaborate with Legal and Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks throughout the contract lifecycle, from planning to execution and post-award management.*Provide strategic procurement support to internal clients and contribute to functional projects within the Procurement Shared Services Center.
