Born and raised in the great City of Waukegan, Illinois. Gabriel started his career in the Golf and Hospitality industry where he developed his business and operations acumen. In 2007 Gabriel made the move to the Telecommunications industry as a Communications Technician and quickly moved up through the ranks to Support, Sales Consulting, and as a leader in Sales Operations. Gabriel’s 14-year career in this Fortune 100 company created a practical expertise in operations, building teams, leadership, hiring, training, time management, streamlining processes, and sales. In 2019 Gabriel and his wife Raquel had the opportunity to purchase Rodriguez Exterminating. Rodriguez Exterminating is a family-owned Pest Control company with longstanding roots in Lake County and has been in existence in this current form since 2005. Gabriel is currently a member of the Illinois Pest Control Association, National Pest Management Association, Wisconsin Trappers Association, NAHREP Lake County, Lake County Chamber of Commerce, and the City of Waukegan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Gabriel and his wife Raquel were married in 2007, and they have an amazing son together. One of Gabriel\'s biggest passions is giving back to the local community and empowering people to make positive changes in their lives.
