I love to initiate and execute projects (= deliver my promises), and I enjoy working in target-oriented teams to find the next innovation or just be able to make my contribution within/with my team. I am passionate about working as well as gaining more insights and knowledge in areas of change management and (digital) leadership.All in all, I am an organizational talent (which allowed me to manage various projects - budget > 100 Mio. Euro - and lead subsections at events with up to guests, built up multiple (dev-) teams and thereby get responsibility for employees/teams in early stages - i.e. as VP I lead a unit with three departments and > 90 internal people and > 100 external contributors). I am enthusiastic about solving urgent problems and thus creating a win-win situation for all parties involved.Besides my international studies in Taiwan, Mexico, Copenhagen, and Hamburg, I have over ten years of experience in committee work and working experience especially within the E.ON Group.
