Responsible for leading a technology team of license management and finance professionals in the activation and administration of core products from Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, and others for the Global Deloitte Member Firms. Responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive budget for the global software and cloud service vendors consumed by and managed by Deloitte Technology. Responsible for the invoice management, approvals, and mitigation effort with Deloitte businesses, global finance, and Deloitte Technology teams related to software vendors. Provide Vendor Management Office and Deloitte Technology leadership with recommendations, through report analysis, and counsel to the senior leaders around strategic financial decisions involving software cost modeling and investment as well as seamless support related to ongoing vendor cost management. Assist Deloitte Technology Executive team in planning and directing administrative, financial, and operational activities for the Vendor Management Services to member firms. Create and deliver dashboards, reports, and analysis to member firms and businesses on consumption of vendor software platforms. Engaged with Global Procurement, Vendor Management Office, and Deloitte Technology product owners with new software vendors and internal cost model allocations to present to Global Executive team for approval. Support DT VMO-SAM Tools including ServiceNow SAM Pro and GLM Software Request tool in the overall software asset lifecycle. Translate the implications of emerging technologies and new software into the overall financial plans of Global Deloitte Technology. Plan and implement oversight for Global VMO software budgeting, invoice approvals, and recovery for over $900 million in assets.
