I currently serve as a Director of Employee Relations at The Coca-Cola Company, where I lead strategy and execution across Corporate Functions, Platform Services, Technical Innovation, and Supply Chain throughout North America. My focus is on building a modern, scalable employee relations function that leverages data, drives consistency, and enhances the overall employee experience.With over four years of leadership in employee relations, I’ve led complex workplace investigations, mediation efforts, and policy development while partnering closely with HR, legal, and senior leaders to navigate risk and strengthen engagement. I’m particularly passionate about moving the function forward—digitizing and modernizing capabilities to deliver more efficient, insight-driven solutions at scale.My experience also extends across North America and Latin America, where I’ve supported employment matters and helped reinforce corporate principles through practical, people-centered strategies.
