That foundation gave me something most product people never get — a deep, disciplined understanding of how to think in systems, document with precision, and deliver where failure is not an option.From defense, I moved into regulated life sciences software at Cognition Corporation — bridging complex customer requirements and technical solutions as a Software Development Manager. I led distributed teams, overhauled training programs, and drove significant revenue growth by understanding not just what customers needed, but why. That\'s where I discovered my passion for sitting at the intersection of customer empathy and technical capability.That intersection became my career.At Global Q, I made a deliberate choice to step back into an individual contributor role — broadening my hands-on competencies across data integration, legacy system modernization, customer success engineering, and solution architecture for enterprise clients in regulated industries. When Global Q was acquired by Clarivate, I carried that expanded foundation forward — stepping into Lead Product Manager on the flagship Optiqs360 Digital WorkCenter, shaping roadmap strategy, bridging Customer Success and Engineering, and bringing the voice of the customer to the center of every product decision.Now at Hugentic, Inc, everything converges.As Director, Product Management, I lead product strategy for a Human-Centric AI platform purpose-built for Life Sciences — where regulatory rigor, human judgment, and intelligent automation coexist.
