About Flynn Carey
My representative criminal matters include defending clients against allegations of aggravated assault, computer tampering, theft, sexual offenses, and white collar/financial fraud. I have experience defending clients throughout Arizona in vehicular cases, including alcohol and prescription medication DUI cases, vehicular assault/injury cases, allegations of leaving an accident scene, aggressive and reckless driving cases, and civil traffic violations. I also represent commercial license holders, including truck and fleet drivers.In addition to providing aggressive white collar and violent crime defense, I also represent clients before State and Federal regulatory bodies, including Child Protective Services, the Motor Vehicle Division Executive Hearing Office, the Arizona Board of Nursing, the Arizona Board of Pharmacy, the EEOC, and the United States Small Business Administration. In addition to litigation, I have conducted numerous corporate and government internal investigations into a variety of civil and criminal risk management issues impacting those organizations. I also represent clients in civil matters, including defending against employment discrimination and sexual harassment claims, wrongful discharge claims, breach of contract claims, wage and hour disputes, employee hiring, discipline, and discharge procedures, non-competition disputes, and miscellaneous employment policy matters.
