ABOUT FLYNN PENNELL

Currently a Senior at The University of Tennessee. Studying Finance with a Real Estate collateral in the Haslam College of Business. I pride myself in having a self driven dedicated work ethic. From starting side hustles such as landscape to car washes and even real world job applications like shucking oysters and working in warehouses, I have immersed myself in completely different environments and excelled in all. I am not scared of a hard days work and enjoy taking on unique challenges, like creating a more streamlined and efficient labeling system for oysters at my current job, The Brass Pearl. I am always looking to improve my work environment to benefit my fellow coworkers and my overall experience in the workplace. A main goal in my career path is to increase profitability for my company and eventually run a successful and engaging marketplace for consumers. I have tapped into this interest of mine by starting various side hustles from an early age, such as a successful shoveling service for those in need that generated over in revenue. The idea of creating a business that others can enjoy and interact in has always been a dream of mine. I hope to become involved in the financial side of business practices and develop essential real world skills through experience and opportunity.
