About Christopher Flynn

I am a Fortune 50 executive with a proven track record of business transformation and organizational leadership that delivers improved results. The theme that runs through my career, whether in the tech, financial services, or non-profit sectors, is I take something that is broken and I fix it or I take something that needs to grow and I scale it. Currently at Prosci, I consult with executives and change leaders to design and implement change management strategies that build individual and organizational change capability. Focusing on the time-to-value of change, I work with organizations to achieve the benefits and desired outcomes of any change initiative by driving adoption and usage. I am also currently an adjunct professor at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business in the Management & Organizations Department. I teach at the graduate level in the MBA program on topics such as organizational change management and leadership. Previously, I led one of IBM’s global client success organizations. In this role, I managed a global team chartered to grow key account revenue with a relentless focus on continuously improving the client experience. I have a strong background in understanding complex organizational and technical systems and finding ways to make them more efficient. I have overseen numerous business transformation initiatives as well as process optimization projects that have resulted in both significant growth and cost savings. I’ve done this repeatedly, whether turning around local 30-person banking centers or transforming 850+ person global organizations or integrating acquisitions. In previous roles, I have led large scale post-merger integration efforts including major IBM acquisitions. Execution is what matters and I do execution. My expertise includes- Change Management - Business Transformation - Client Success - M&A Integration - Process Optimization - Organizational Leadership - Strategic & Operational Planning - Strategy Implementation - Global Business Leadership - Public Speaking - Non-Profit Board Leadership
