My passion is helping operators achieve success with Maintenance in with their multifamily portfolios!Maintenance has always been the step-child of Multifamily but that will change! AppWork serves property management companies and multifamily operators looking to modernize and improve their maintenance operations. It seeks to accomplish this in a few different ways1. Operational Efficiency - Help Operators move away from paper and pen maintenance processes and save hundreds of thousands in costly reactive maintenance 2 Reporting - Help Operators understand their maintenance reporting to provide value across their portfolio and save money on reactive maintenance3. Improving Retention Rate - Maintenance experience is one of the largest factors with residents deciding to stay at their apartment or leave! The experience has to be exceptional for the resident and Appwork provides the tools to help with this. Incentivizing Maintenance - Maintenance teams are not given the TLC they need. There is high turnover (nearly 40% YoY) which is tied to lack of motivation, lack of career path, and more. Appwork seeks to help motivate, train, and continue to make maintenance technicians better everyday!
