By transitioning leadership from reactive sentiment tracking to proactive, data-driven prioritization based on user perceived friction and behavioral telemetry, the SXI now serves as a benchmark for VP+ product experience reviews. & : Orchestrated a 2025/2026 roadmap realignment by leveraging SXI longitudinal data. Secured executive buy-in for two high-impact initiatives: a foundational refactor of the Apple TV player to address device-specific churn and an overhaul of the Sling.com checkout architecture: The re-architected checkout flow and entitlement logic directly resulted in a 17% lift in subscription conversion in Q4 2025, streamlining the user journey and resolving systemic friction: Led foundational research to define the multi-turn interaction model for a conversational TV assistant.
