About Floyd Strayer
Floyd Roger Strayer is involved as a speaker and advocate for Survivors of Suicide Loss. Promoting Suicide Prevention and facilitating support for those who have lost a loved one to Suicide. Mr. Strayer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from University of Maryland and a Master’s Art degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from U.S. Naval War College. He is a graduate of the Naval Air Systems Command Leadership Development Program and a NAVAIR trained Continuous Process Improvement Black Belt. During his off time Mr. Strayer is President of Sharp Toastmasters in Chula Vista CA. He actively shares his Toastmaster Speech Evaluation knowledge and experience with young adults of all ages. Mr. Strayer assists with judging speech contests for Chula Vista elementary schools, Optimist Clubs and college bound high school students at Reality Changers.
