Our approach is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored systems that drive measurable results.I’ve built my career across sectors - as a founder, a COO, and a consultant - and while my path has been beautifully circuitous, the through line is clear: I thrive at the intersection of systems thinking, technical execution, and strategic problem solving. Whether it’s building out a CRM, automating financial reporting, or restructuring how a team collaborates, I focus on creating practical tools that empower better decisions and smoother operations.Before launching Ventana, I served as Chief Operating Officer at 4.0, a national nonprofit supporting diverse education entrepreneurs. There, I led financial strategy, operational systems design, Salesforce development, and cross-functional planning. I helped guide the organization through significant growth and change while staying grounded in equity, clarity, and action.And before that, I founded Electric Girls, an organization that worked with over girls annually in New Orleans to build confidence and capabilities through STEM.
