I also have skills in job postings and employee benefits, which I use to attract and retain qualified candidates for our diverse and growing organization.In my current role, I screen candidates and coordinate on-site interviews, manage the selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved with hiring new associates, and manage job listings on internal and external job boards using Workday HRIS. I also collaborate with HR management with employee relations and quarterly manage internal spotlight listings, promoting internal career growth. Previously, I worked as a Recruiter at ManpowerGroup, where I nurtured strong business partnerships by providing exceptional customer service skills and implementing customer development and retention strategies. I recruited, trained and retained temporary associates, coached and counseled them to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction, and troubleshoot and resolved problems or complaints of temporary associates, customers and other personnel. I also conducted service calls to ensure quality customer service and outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships and customers. I managed our temporary associates on-site USBC tournament, which was a significant project that required excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
