I lead teams responsible for the developer experience and technical documentation of the Android ecosystem.As a Senior Staff Manager at Google, I manage a cross-functional team of 40+ Developer Relations Engineers and Technical Writers. Our goal is to make it fast and easy to build delightful, high quality, adaptive apps, with AI based-experiences - intelligent apps and increased developer productivity with AI.What I\'m focused on right now:• : I am responsible for landing the go-to-market and adoption strategy for Android’s AI APIs and models. This focuses on enabling developers to build generative AI features using on-device models like Gemini Nano and cloud-based solutions via Firebase, ensuring apps can deliver high-quality AI experiences to users.• : I oversee the go-to-market strategy to integrate AI into the Android development workflow with Gemini in Android Studio, with a specific focus on improving the reliability and accuracy of AI-generated code.• : My team is responsible for the documentation and educational infrastructure (developer.android.com) that serves millions of developers monthly. We treat documentation as a core product, ensuring it serves as a reliable source of truth for both developers and AI coding assistants. • : I define the global Android developer narrative with Engineering, Product and Marketing leadership, from keynote stages at Google I/O to driving the adoption of Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Google’s AI on Android.I am particularly interested in the intersection of AI and software reliability and defining how the next generation of software will be written. I enjoy the challenge of scaling technical teams and building the infrastructure that supports the global developer community.
