ABOUT FLORIN CHIVOIU

Originally from Romania, a country I hold dear for the profound values it gave me, I’ve spent most of my life in Italy, where I grew passionately and learned many life lessons, staying closely connected to its land, culture, and people. I’ve always been extremely curious, especially about technology, which has fascinated me since childhood. Over time, this passion led me to specialize in computer science, turning a hobby into a profession. After completing my studies in 2018, I also worked in fields unrelated to my passion, experiences I consider vital for teaching me never to stay idle, adapt to different contexts, and discover my strengths. My first major IT experience was as a research grant recipient at the Gran Sasso National Laboratories of the Italian National Institute for Nuclear Physics, an invaluable chance to test my knowledge in a fascinating research environment. My second was as an IT Specialist at Omninecs Europe LTD, where I faced new challenges and worked on consulting projects with multinational companies. This role further developed my interest in artificial intelligence, strengthening my passion for a field with significant potential. I see myself as an enthusiastic and outgoing person who values teamwork and relationship-building. My curiosity has led me to explore a broad range of subjects from technology and IT (hardware, video games, home automation, social media, etc.) to marketing, as well as science, mechanics, and engineering, etc. Every new field is a chance to understand its logic and enrich my skill set, enabling me to generate innovative ideas that apply to multiple sectors. This open mindset has given me strong adaptability, allowing me to adjust quickly to diverse roles, environments, and tasks. I firmly believe there is no problem without a solution and that everything can be improved. That’s why I love tackling challenges, optimizing processes and products, and proposing fresh perspectives. I admire logical and functional engineering, appreciate good design, and have a deep passion for automotive, music, and photography. I define myself with three “C”s: Curious, Creative, and Courageous, qualities I constantly cultivate to grow both personally and professionally. My curiosity, combined with determination, drives me to expand my knowledge and bolster my skills, always embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. I never hesitate to test myself in unfamiliar contexts; in fact, I see change as the perfect opportunity to improve and showcase my capabilities.
