Before I became a Mortgage Loan Originator I was a Web Developer/ Computer Programmer for 15 years, I now bring the same problem solving skills that allowed me to write excellent code to provide excellent service to my customers and overcome obstacles that other lenders are unable / unwilling to work around. I have gotten loans approved for borrowers with multiple bankruptcies, credit counseling, foreclosures, short sales and / or low credit scores. I have gotten Approvals for borrowers purchasing investment properties with no history as a landlord. I specialize in VA loans, renovation lending and turning other lenders denials into approvals. I see veterans as a national treasure and the most satisfying loan to me is helping a veteran who is tired of renting to purchase a home.
