As hotelier and host at H World International, I am responsible for the luxuriously renovated Hanseatic Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg and have over two decades of experience in the upscale and luxury hotel industry. My responsibilities include the overall management of the hotel, including operational management and strategic direction. Together with my team, I am committed to providing first-class service and attach great importance to guest satisfaction.Previously, as Acting General Manager, I was responsible for the management of H World International\'s flagship hotel, the Steigenberger Icon Frankfurter Hof. In this role, I further deepened my expertise in the field of luxury hospitality.
