Spearheaded Flagship Automated Shelf Intelligence Project (2 Patents Filed): Architected and led a 2-year initiative to build a novel computer vision system from the ground up, recognized with two filed industrial patents and two years of CIR approval. End-to-End Ownership: Drove the entire project lifecycle, from research and SOTA model architecture to developing embedded kernels for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) for production deployment. Business Impact: Automated in-store shelf audits, stock-out detection, and competitive price monitoring. The solution saves over 200 labor hours per store, per scan, unlocking major operational efficiencies and providing real-time business intelligence. Optimized Supply Chain with Automated Data Entry: Developed and deployed a robust computer vision model to digitize sanitary data from fish market labels, tackling a critical bottleneck in the supply chain. Business Impact: Slashed data processing time by 60 minutes per store, per delivery day, while simultaneously improving data accuracy and supply chain velocity. Enabled Strategic Pricing with Anti-Inflation Forecasting Tool: Built and delivered a price elasticity forecasting model to empower the pricing unit with data-driven insights for responding to volatile market conditions. Business Impact: The tool was instrumental in launching the company\'s high-profile \"anti-inflation\" basket, directly enhancing the brand\'s price image and competitive positioning. This innovation was validated with two consecutive years of CIR R&D approval.
