ABOUT FLORIAN PICHON

Working in the CG animation & advertising for 8 years, I\'ve had the opportunity to work on various project, from 4D amusement park film, videogames Marketing art direction to Disney Animation Cg Tv shows. Graduated from both Paris-based Ecole Estienne ( DMA Animation) and Supinfocom Arles, I\'ve developped skills in CG production ( shading/texturing, lighting and rendering.) and pre-production ( Character design, concept art) most of the time on CG shows with a art oriented render style. I come with a very good understanding of production needs and objectives thanks to my experiences as a supervisor, and I’m always trying to use the most efficient graphic style and less time-consuming technics to answer the needs of story-telling and production challenges. Over the course of the last couple years, I\'ve developped production and managing skills than I\'m putting to good use in the compagnies I work, in order to bring the best from my teams, in a friendly and professional environment. My knowledge of the whole technical production pipeline helps me to understand the whereabouts of the projects and enable me to find the most efficient and creative solution in the best delay. I\'m really eager to explore various graphical universes and bring them to life with motivation and love. I\'m dedicated to my work and always pushing it forward. Hard Skills : Managing. Production.
