Took over Document Management, driving a full UX redesign and iterative improvements with high adoption.🧩 Redesigned core employee & admin interfaces, simplifying navigation across HR/payroll modules and boosting usage.🧪 Instilled a discovery-first mindset, leveraging interviews, analytics and tight feedback loops to inform product direction. Currently leading the build of a strategic, high-impact product in the Performance & Engagement space.
